These 48-inch-tall distortion-printed displays were printed, formed assembled and packaged by Joliet Pattern. Created for UpShot and Seagrams, the displays were awarded the 2000 Design of the Times Gold Award by POP Times.

A three-axis Thermwood Model 40 CNC router is used to cut lettering for a McDonald’s sign. The router is also used in conjunction with die cutters to trim excess material from thermoformed parts.

Large format digital printing, such as banners, are done on this Vutek printer. Joliet Pattern will become a beta site to test a new Vutek printer in December.
