Amicon Plastics has been manufacturing fluoropolymer materials, custom parts and components with specialized plastic requirements for almost 25 years.  We have established an envious track record of aesthetically clean, superior quality plastic components used in aerospace, medical-pharmaceutical, semiconductor, mining, oil and gas, along with many other industries and applications.
We also offer complete assembly and testing of custom modules.  Amicon Plastics is an ISO-9001 company that manufactures custom precision-machined parts to each customer’s specifications from numerous types and blends of PTFE along  with virtually all other machinable plastics. Technical expertise is available to help select materials specific to applications such as chemical resistance, thermal cycling,   high temperature and a variety of other applications.  Amicon is able to produce close tolerance intricate shapes manufactured by manual or CNC equipment. Cutting, forming, and welding is also available in our fabrication department.
