Onsrud Cutter’s CNC Insert Tools

Onsrud Cutter LP is now offering a line of insert tools for CNC router applications. The offering consists of single and double edge tools with geometry designed for natural or composite wood products. Insert tools offer an economical tooling alternative as resharpening is eliminated due to the replaceable insert cutting edge design. Each insert can also be rotated to expose a new cutting edge. This type of tooling is commonly used where high feed rates cannot be achieved due to machine or part limitations.
